We collect only what the Aging in Place Assessment needs in order to produce your report and prepare for your consultation. Payment is processed by Square; card details are never sent to or stored on our systems.

What this policy needs to cover before launch

• What information is collected during the assessment and checkout
• How report data is stored, secured, and for how long
• Who can access a completed report and consultation notes
• How a customer can request deletion of their information
• Whether any data is shared with the Approved Provider Network, and under what terms
